The Customer Value Chain Analysis captures the system stakeholders and their relationships in terms of flows of money, information, complaints, and material.
We identified our stakeholders as Omnicell, Inc., Hardware Test Engineers at Omnicell, Hospitals/Nursing Homes, Pharmacies, Government/Law Enforcement, Diverters, Security, Insurance Companies, Investors.
In this depiction, it is clear that the flow of money will be very prevalent.
We believe that a successful project will address the flow of money, while also eliminating the diversion of drugs in Omnicell’s systems.
