We use QFD to explore how the Voice of Customers are satisfied by the design tools (solution elements) of our project, hence help us to select which design tools are more effective to this project.
Through QFD we decided that the key design tools are Benchmarking, Use Case Analysis and Failure Mode Analysis which are most relevant and value added for the Voice of our Customer, Omnicell.
